Rules and Guidance for Fest 26 Vendors

Thank you so much for having a stall at Ella Street Festival. We have just over a week left and you can imagine we are busy bees sorting the last few details.

You should have received an email with your allocated house number. Please check your junk mail.

Guidance

The road will be closed to general traffic from 9 am. As a stall-holder you have access to the street to set up. Access is only from the Salisbury street entrance.

Please set up stalls on the verges and away from dropped kerbs, we do want everyone to be able to enjoy the festival. Food vehicles are obviously fine to stay. on the road.

Cars must be off the street before 10.30 am. Exit Newland Ave (you will have to drive over the sand and green). again food vehicles can stay

Please clearly show your prices, so people can budget appropriately.

We are giving volunteers £12 food vouchers to spend on your stalls. Please write your business name on the back and the amount spent, give it to a Crew volunteer and we will reimburse you..

There is a portaloo designated just for food vendors, it will be situated close to our food area

Road access will be opened again between 4.15 and 4.30 pm. Please be aware we may still have some hangers on and young children on the street. The normal speed limit is 20mph but 5-10 mph would be preferred  for safety.

If you have any questions or problems on the day, we will be wearing white festival t shirts (and say CREW on the back) and helping where needed.
