Birds and Shadows Spring Clean

Ella Street Residents Association (ESRA) is gearing up for a spring clean of the much-loved Birds and Shadows art installation! As part of the refresh, we’ll be repainting the tarmac and bollards at the Newland Avenue end of the street to give the area a fresh burst of colour.

We’re also planning to wrap the green cable box nearby with a brand new artwork — and we want you to help decide what goes on it! The options are:
- A tribute to local legend Jack Kaye
- A photo montage of Ella Street, past and present
- A design that links to the Birds and Shadows installation
