Ella Street and Avenues Historic Walking Tours

Ever wished you knew a bit more about the street you live on? Ever had visitors who have asked questions such as how old is your house? We, we tried to answer those questions in July by organising two walking tours of Ella Street and the Avenues by the renown Hull historian Paul Schofield.

Paul led two, 90 minute walks around Ella Street and Avenues telling us some of the history of the area and about some of famous person who have lived here. Over 50 people took part and gave very positive feedback.
